1. Why did you select the inspiration pieces?

I selected them because they are all done in canvas and oil painting and I wanted to photo shop a photo and make it look alike to the other inspirations.  I wanted a challenge as well as a way to explore photo shop.

2. Why did you select the media to create your self-portrait?

Because I've always loved photography and wanted to experiment with photo shop in efforts to learn more about the media platform of making my piece.

3. What challenges did you face in creating your self-portrait and how did you overcome them?

The challenges that I faced was trying to pick an angle on the wall in which to take the portrait from.

4. How does this piece represent you?

It represents me because I am really into rock climbing and incorporating that element into my art really represents me.

5. What elements and principles of art did you apply in this work?

I applied a blue over cast o block most color out minus the illuminating blue that surrounds and presents the image.

6. Did you enjoy working on this project?

Yes!

7. What do you think of your final artwork?

I'm really proud of it!
